What Velvet is
Velvet is a fictional entertainment product. Every character is AI-generated and imaginary. Characters are not real people, they are not conscious, and nothing they say is advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Do not rely on anything a character tells you.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Velvet.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
- Velvet PRO is offered as a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The exact price and period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Gems
Gems are a virtual, consumable item used inside the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable or refundable except where required by law.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not use Velvet to generate content involving minors, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful. We may limit or end access for misuse.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
